1. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment is due prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled flight are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled flight without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
3. Safety Requirements
- All passengers must comply with our safety protocols.
- Passengers must be physically able to enter and exit the aircraft.
- Weight limits may apply for safe aircraft operation. Please disclose accurate weights when booking.
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Liability Waiver
All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver before flight. Helicopter tours involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Bat City Helicopters maintains appropriate insurance coverage and adheres to all safety regulations.
5. Photography and Media
- Personal photography and video during flights is permitted and encouraged.
- We may take photos or videos during your tour for promotional purposes. Please inform us before the flight if you do not wish to be photographed.
6. Flight Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify flight routes for safety reasons
- Substitute aircraft of equal or greater capacity
- Cancel or delay flights due to weather, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns
7. Conduct
Passengers are expected to:
- Follow all instructions from the pilot
- Remain seated with seatbelts fastened during flight
- Refrain from any behavior that could endanger the safety of the flight
- Treat our staff and equipment with respect
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bat City Helicopters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your tour.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bat City Helicopters and is protected by copyright laws.
10. Changes to Terms
